The return policy is 7 calendar days after receiving the merchandise. After 7 days, unfortunately it is not possible to request a refund or exchange.

In order to make a return, the product must not have been used and must be in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please contact us by email for further instructions or if you have any questions.

In certain cases, only partial returns will be made (if applicable):
* Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts, not due to any error on our part.
* Any product that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Once we have received and checked the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned merchandise. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed. We will automatically credit your credit card or payment method within a few days.

If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card issuer, as it may take some time for the refund to post.

Then contact your bank. There is usually a processing time before the refund is posted.
