Return and Refund Policies
The return policy is 7 calendar days after receiving the merchandise. After 7 days, unfortunately it is not possible to request a refund or exchange.
To be able to make a return, the product must not have been used and must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To make the return, present the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please contact us via email for further instructions or if you have any questions.
In certain cases, only partial refunds will be issued (where applicable):
* Any product that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts, is not due to any error on our part.
* Any product that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Refunds (where applicable)
Once your return item is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return merchandise. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed. We will automatically issue credit to your credit card or payment method for the purchase within a few days.
Delayed or not received refund (where applicable)
If you still haven't received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be posted.
Then contact your bank. There is usually a processing time before posting a refund.

Goods on offer (when applicable)
In case of refund of goods on offer, this will be done based on the price corresponding to the time of purchase.
Exchanges (when applicable)
We only exchange products that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, please email us.
You will be responsible for paying shipping to return the product. We do not refund shipping. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, return shipping times may vary.
If you are shipping a high-value product, consider hiring a shipping service with tracking or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of the product you send back.
