1. International Shipping Products
1.1. Purchasing policy
All products available at Mall Finds are sent directly from our suppliers abroad (Switzerland, United States and China) to the address provided at the time of purchase, and delivery takes from 10 to 35 business days (on average after posting of the product) depending on the location, the product will be shipped within 7 working days after payment is confirmed in our system.
Orders placed via bank slip take 1 to 5 days to confirm payment in our system.
We guarantee a tracking code so that the customer can monitor the delivery progress of their order.
Attention: In certain cases, this delivery period may extend for a few more business days, due to delays, strikes, recesses, pandemics, periods of high demand at the Post Office, in short, situations that are beyond our control.
The store guarantees delivery of the order, we are responsible for refunding the full amount paid for products that are lost or lost during the delivery process. All products are posted with insurance against loss and with free internet tracking, delivery of your product is 100% guaranteed.
1.2. Insured shipping

The order tracking code is communicated 3 to 9 business days after confirmed payment.
It may take 5 to 10 business days for the tracking code to start showing shipping information on the postal service's website from the date the code was entered.
2. General Conditions (Attention)
2.1. Care with Addressing Orders

If the recipient of the order does not collect it, as per the Post Office standard, the package will be returned to the sender, requiring the payment of a new shipping fee to resend the product.

2.3. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Mall Finds is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete completion of the destination address for orders placed in the store. If incorrect or incomplete addressing occurs, as per Correios regulations, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made to that address.
If delivery is not made due to a discrepancy in the address provided by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund.
